Using Jeanne

Rules and alerts, without guesswork.

The controls shown for an attraction depend on the operational data it provides. This guide explains each symbol and when Jeanne can notify you.

Reading the controls

An accent-colored or filled symbol means the rule is active. A neutral or outlined symbol means it is inactive. A control may be absent when the attraction does not provide the required queue or schedule data.

Any supported attraction or show

Favorite

Use the heart to keep an item in your favorites. A favorite does not send notifications and does not consume an alert slot.

Tap the heart to add or remove the item from your favorites.

Attractions with a current queue status

Queue status

Notifies you when the queue closes or reopens. There is no minute value to configure.

Tap the door symbol to enable the alert. Tap it again to disable it.

Attractions with an open standby queue and a reported wait time

Low wait

Notifies you when the reported wait reaches or falls below the limit you selected. The rule rearms after the wait rises above that limit.

Tap the bell, choose a threshold in five-minute steps and save. Open the control again to change or disable it.

Shows and other future point-in-time experiences

Scheduled time

Notifies you before the selected time using the lead time you chose. If that scheduled time becomes unavailable, Jeanne may notify you of the change.

In the schedule, tap the bell beside a future time, choose the lead time in five-minute steps and save.

Notification delivery

Alerts depend on current park data, network availability and notification permission on your device. Operational information can change between observations.

An active rule is not a guarantee that an attraction will remain available or that a notification will arrive at an exact second. Official park information and staff instructions take priority.
