Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using Jeanne, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
What Jeanne provides
Jeanne provides informational tools that combine operational park information and context to help users evaluate options during a park visit. Features may include current conditions, schedules, historical context, alerts, and recommendations.
Jeanne may change, add, suspend, or discontinue features as the service evolves.
Operational information can change
Theme park conditions can change quickly. Wait times, attraction status, schedules, weather, availability, and other operational information may be delayed, incomplete, estimated, or changed by the relevant operator without notice.
Jeanne does not guarantee that information or recommendations are complete, error-free, continuously available, or current at every moment. Official park information, posted notices, staff instructions, and safety requirements should take priority when they differ from Jeanne.
Independent service and third-party marks
Jeanne is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by a theme park operator unless a specific relationship is expressly stated.
Names, trademarks, attraction names, and other third-party identifiers remain the property of their respective owners and may be used only to identify the relevant parks, attractions, products, or services.
Your decisions and responsibility
Jeanne provides context to support decisions; it does not make decisions for you. You remain responsible for evaluating recommendations in light of your circumstances, park rules, accessibility needs, weather, safety conditions, and official instructions.
Do not use Jeanne in a way that distracts you from your surroundings or conflicts with instructions from park staff or emergency authorities.
Accounts and sessions
Some features may require authentication. You are responsible for maintaining control of your account and devices and for promptly ending sessions or notifying Jeanne if you believe account access has been compromised.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse Jeanne, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, circumvent security controls, scrape or extract the service in a manner that violates applicable restrictions, or use Jeanne for unlawful activity.
Automated access may be limited or subject to separate terms, documentation, or authorization.
Jeanne intellectual property
The Jeanne name, original interface, software, documentation, written content, and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of Jeanne intellectual property to you.
Third-party services and links
Jeanne may depend on or link to third-party services, data sources, websites, or platforms. Jeanne does not control those third parties and is not responsible for their availability, content, terms, privacy practices, or independent actions.
Service disclaimers
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Jeanne is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not make warranties that the service will always be uninterrupted, accurate, secure, or suitable for every particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Jeanne and those involved in operating the service will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from use of or reliance on the service.
